How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Once your parcel is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress to your door.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Visa. All payments are securely processed with SSL encryption to help protect your details.

What is your return policy?
Changed your mind or didn’t love the fit? That’s okay. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Just email support@castiles.com and we’ll walk you through the steps.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Castiles currently ships within Ireland only, so we can focus on providing the best possible local experience. If this changes in the future, we’ll share an update.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every Castiles order includes free shipping, with no minimum spend or special conditions.

How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Absolutely. Protecting your privacy matters to us. Castiles does not store sensitive payment information, and checkout is handled securely.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check your tracking link from the dispatch email. If it has been more than 7 business days and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, email support@castiles.com and we’ll investigate right away.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.
