At Castiles, we want you to feel great about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you through the return or exchange process in a clear and fair way.

Return Window
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging included

If an item shows signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery, we may not be able to approve the return.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at support@castiles.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Our team will reply with the next steps to complete your return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. This helps ensure the return can be traced and confirmed as delivered.

Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, we’re happy to help. Simply email support@castiles.com with your order number and the exchange request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that after the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional business days to complete the transfer and show the funds in your account.
